I really do have a wonderful life. Spent the weekend with a lot of good friends, saw a lot of old friends and had a wonderful time in North Carolina. My anxiety was high prior to this trip since I haven’t done any extensive traveling like this with my Parkinson’s. But so far I’m doing well, eating well and trying to sleep well (strange beds make this one a bit more difficult.
