During the first weekend of December there were blizzards raging through the Midwest, but I was safely burying my toes in the sands of Anna Maria Island on the Gulf Coast of Florida. No, I wasn’t the one getting married, but I was in the wedding party.
It was a wonderful weekend for old friends and new family to get together and celebrate the wedding of John and Marcela Oberhofer. The weather couldn’t have been any more perfect (ok…a little less wind, but seriously, that sunset?). The location and venue were amazing. And the unexpected appearance of Morgan Brightfoot was outstanding.
Thank you to the Oberhofers for hosting such a wonderful event. And thank you to all my oldest and dearest friends for…well…for being my friend, even after all these years.
